A) Online Payments (Website Checkout)

We accept the following payment methods for orders placed on our website:

2) PayPal

  • PayPal balance

  • PayPal-linked bank account

  • PayPal-linked cards
    (availability depends on PayPal and your account settings)

Important: When you choose PayPal, you may be redirected to PayPal to complete payment and then returned to our site for confirmation.

B) In-Store Payments

For in-store purchases, accepted methods may include card-based payments and other supported payment options available at checkout in the store. Your payment is completed at the time of sale.


2) Pricing, Shipping, and Checkout Total

The final amount you pay at checkout will be shown clearly before you place your order.

For shipped online orders, your total typically includes:

  • Product price

  • Shipping fee (if applicable)

  • Any applicable taxes (if applicable)

Shipping fee (standard): Flat rate $7.99 per order (USD) for U.S. shipping, as displayed at checkout.

We do not add hidden surcharges. If any tax is required, it will be displayed clearly during checkout before payment is submitted.


3) Payment Processing & Confirmation

  • Online orders are processed only after payment is successfully authorized and confirmed.

  • After payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • If payment fails or is declined, the order will not be completed and you may be asked to try another method.

We may cancel or hold an order for review if we detect potential fraud or unauthorized payment activity. In such cases, any authorized amount will be released or refunded according to the payment processor’s rules and timeline.


4) Payment Security

We take payment security seriously.

  • Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect data in transit.

  • Card payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal).

  • We do not store your full card number, CVV, or sensitive bank details on our servers.

Payment processors may collect and process data under their own privacy and security policies.


5) Authorization Holds & Pending Charges

Some banks or card issuers may place a temporary authorization hold when you place an order.
This is not a completed charge and usually clears automatically depending on your bank’s policies.

If your order is canceled or not completed, any holds should release automatically. The timing depends on your bank/card issuer.


6) Refunds and How You Receive Them

Refunds follow our Refund & Returns Policy, but the method of refund depends on how you paid:

  • Card payments: refunded back to the original card/payment method

  • PayPal payments: refunded back to your PayPal account (or PayPal’s original funding source rules)

After we process a refund, your bank or PayPal may take additional time to post the funds. Processing times can vary by provider.
