No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply helps you track your orders more easily.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
You can request changes or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order may have already entered production or been prepared for shipment, and we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need assistance.
How will I receive my order confirmation?
Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and order ID.
Where can I check my order status?
You can track your order through the tracking link sent to your email or by logging into your account if you created one.

Which areas does A & E Bowery Lighting deliver to?
A & E Bowery Lighting Currently delivers within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery times vary based on product type and shipping address. Customized items may require additional production time before shipping.
Most orders arrive within approximately 17–27 working days from the order date.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
A & E Bowery Lighting offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. We currently do not ship internationally.
Will I need to assemble the product myself?
Most products require customer self-assembly using the included instructions. Each item comes with clear assembly guidelines to help you complete the setup at home.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please take photos of the item and contact our support team as soon as possible. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution.
